Can I personalise my gift?
Yes! Many of our gifts can be personalised with a name, photo, date or personal message. Look for the personalisation options on the product page.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. You can add a free personal message at checkout — we'll include a beautiful gift card with your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available and takes 1–2 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Do you offer letterbox delivery?
Yes! Many of our gifts are letterbox-friendly, meaning they fit through a standard letterbox — no signature required. Look for the letterbox icon on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Delivery costs and times vary by country and are shown at checkout.
Returns
Can I return a personalised gift?
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All orders come beautifully packaged. We also include a free gift card with any personal message you'd like to add at checkout.
