Every item at Gifterie Shop is made especially for you, personalized with the names and details you choose. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and made to order, we're not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Our returns policy

All products sold on Gifterie Shop are personalized and made to order
Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods made to a customer's specifications

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page, including a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please double-check all personalization details — names, dates, and messages — before submitting your order. Since every item is custom-made, we print or produce exactly what you enter at checkout.
