Our returns policy

• You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect

How to return an item

1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return label within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office
4. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
