At Gifterie Shop, all products are custom-made and personalized according to each customer's specifications.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As all products sold by Gifterie Shop are personalized and made specifically for each customer, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made through our store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gifterieshop.com. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, including a replacement where appropriate.
